YM Raja Badrulnizam started his career in the insurance broking industry in 1994. Two years later, he joined the Malaysian Timber Council as Marketing Executive. Soon after, he was assigned as Regional Marketing Officer of the Malaysian Timber Council Office in Dubai.

His journey with MATRADE began in 2004 in his role as Senior Manager in the Products & Services section. From there, he was appointed as MATRADE’s Trade Commissioner in Germany and London from 2006 to 2013. In his capacity with MATRADE, YM Raja Badrulnizam has served as a judge for SOBA and 4As Awards.

His illustrious career included lead roles as Chief Marketing Officer for webe Digital - TM Group’s Digital Services Provider; Group Head of Marketing & Analytics for Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad; Senior General Manager in Maxis Berhad; and in MNCs such as Johnson & Johnson ASEAN, Nestle Berhad, and Lam Soon Berhad.
